The product is good, the website not so much

The products are good and are received quickly and efficiently. It is extremely hard to manage your subscriptions on the website. Multiple password requests to move to different areas of the website. It was enough to make me want to cancel my account but I couldn’t get that accomplished either. Maybe it’s just me but I don’t have any issues with anyone else. The difficulty managing your account on the website is the only reason for the 3 star rating

Volcarn 2000 is a pre-workout, so you should take this within 30 mins of working out. It works amazing for lifting, cardio, or any other type of physical exercise! It makes you feel much more focused and energized! Take 1 serving 30 minutes prior to workout (1 serving = 1 tablespoon). Can also be taken with regular everyday movement to work up a good sweat!

Our recommendation on how to take Inno Shred and Carb Cut Complete: Inno Shred is great to take daily, even on your off days when you're not working out! 1 serving is 2 capsules. If you have the Stimulant Version - we recommend starting with just 1 to see where your caffeine tolerance is - then move to 2 at a time if you want. You can work your way up to taking a total of 2 servings (4 capsules per day max). Most people take 1-2 capsules first thing in the morning, and then another 1-2 capsules midday (generally 4-6 hours later is what the majority of people prefer). Carb Cut Complete - Take 2 capsules a day. For best results, we recommend taking 10-15 minutes before a carbohydrate-heavy meal.

Are the Night Shred products gluten free? If so, are they tested/certified?

Our products do not contain gluten as an actual ingredient, however we do list it as a possible allergen due to our manufacturer also producing other products containing gluten in their facility. Our manufacturer does conduct extensive cleaning and testing between every run of every product they produce. So while cross contamination it is unlikely, it is still possible. We are currently working on amping up our testing even more to become officially certified as gluten free, so please stay tuned for that!
